Within the first 7 days of purchase please contact us immediately if you have a fault. We will then ask you to contact the Ebac service centre on 0845 6349 899 who will exchange the unit if faulty. If the machine is faulty after 28 days then please contact the service center on 0845 6349 899 who will arrange to either repair or replace the item depending on the problem encountered. It is advisable to retain all packaging material in the unlikely event that the machine has to be transported to Ebac. |
