On receipt of your online order - Once you have placed an online order with us you will receive an automatic acknowledgment of your order. On a normal working day we will contact you to arrange delivery and to answer any questions or concerns that you may have regarding your order. Should you place an order over a weekend or holiday period we will contact you on the next working day.
Delivery
Should you place an order for a dehumidifier or air cleaner then this will be processed immediately with the majority of orders dispatched the same day for delivery within 1-3 working days (subject to availability) to a UK mainland address only. Our products are delivered completely free of any additional charge for UK mainland customers with the exclusion of the very north of Scotland where a surcharge may apply. Deliveries are carried out between Mondays and Fridays. Timed deliveries can be arranged at additional cost. Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is out of stock we will contact you immediately to advise the position. At this point we will give you the opportunity to place the item(s) on back order or if you are unable to wait we will issue a refund immediately. |
